So with limited time in St. Louis I decided to save the blogging for the lovely 9 hour drive to Oklahoma City. So here goes...
First we saw the arch. Just really well done. I'm kind of obsessed with the architect now.
Then we went to where a good friend of mine used to live and had lunch at a cafe she recommended, local harvest cafe. GO THERE! all local food and the best veggie burger ever!!!
Then on to forest park and St. Louis Art Museum (SLAM: I can appreciate that). Beautiful park! Even on a gloomy day! But guess what... It's Monday... And because we live in the beautiful united states... It was closed on Monday:( and they had a Monet exhibit... Two low blows. I definitely did the grace gasp (that's right you one will and grace fan reading this who knows what I mean).
But get ready for some great pics!
Also, we're debating driving longer than Oklahoma City today so we can have more time in Flagstaff! There's a bright side to very gloomy day on the prairie!
